Payment Options

A 25% deposit is payable upon booking, the remaining balance to be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We accept payment via cheque, bank draft, or money transfer.
Account details will be made available to you upon receipt of booking request.

Upon receipt of a booking request, we will verify the availability of your dates and send you out a booking form. Once the booking form has been returned to us and deposit payment made you will receive a confirmation email enclosing your receipt and details of your reservation. Please keep a print out copy of this email for your own records.

Once the remaining balance has been paid in full, the booking process will be complete and we will contact you for further details of your arrival /departure times and to arrange key drop off, etc.

Keys can be collected from our Split office at any time or we can arrange to have an agent meet you at the apartment upon your arrival.

The location of our Split Office is Drziceva 16 - 21000, Split, Croatia.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure, and arrival should not be before 4.00pm

A cheque for a security deposit to the amount of €150.00 should be provided on arrival, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon inspection, provided no breakages or damages have occurred.
